Naomi, Isn't your mother beautiful? besides her sterling intellect and great character, is there any question why i fell for her?
We are attending a reception with Dr. Arthur Henry King, one of the most accomplished scholars ever at BYU. He is a convert later in life and came to BYU have received many accolades in Britain. i had a Shakespeare class with him. i think he about everything memorized. he was an advisor to the honors program. he wrote the book, Arm the Children. He was one of our favorites. he thought i was very blessed to by marrying Mama.
Wow, I've heard about Arthur Henry King! That's really cool that you have a picture with him! And yes, Mama is beautiful--I love that dress that she's wearing.
Arthur Henry King actually came to our backyard wedding reception and was charmed by the homemade simplicity of it :) He gave us the wedgewood goblet in my china closet - one of my treasures to be passed down to some lucky child. I feel like Daddy and I were at BYU during its Golden Age..

By the way, i still have the belt, but the 70s plaid polyester is long gone.
