This picture isn't very big, but I just love seeing Mama with that brown snuggly and another baby tucked into her arm. Mama, do you have any specific memories about how you carried those babies around when they were little? And as an aside, was this the summer trip in which a windstorm blew in and took down the canopy that we had set up? I have vague memories of something like that happening...
In case you couldn't tell, that second baby I am carrying is not mine! It's Jeannie Inouye's, the other lady in the picture. She married Dwight Inouye, Daddy's best friend in high school. We went to that lake just north of Gunnison (why can't I remember the name right now??)for a picnic and boating with their family. It was windy and really quite miserable with all our babies... Rachel, I think you were friends with this baby at BYU, right?
