Did this daybed/trundle bed ever belong to Eva or Rachel? I thought just the boys slept upstairs in that room! By the way, I'm pretty sure the card table on the right-hand side of the picture was Christian's Asian museum exhibit. Do you guys remember that? I wonder where he got all the Asian artifacts!
Let's see... the history of the daybed... We got it in the old house, and it was in the girls' room there (before it, I think all of the older girls slept in a double bed together. Fond memories of that :). When we moved to the new house, I *think* that it was in Gabrielle's room first. Rachel and I had twin beds in our room downstairs. I can't remember when it moved from Gabrielle's room to upstairs. But at some point, it moved back downstairs for Christian's great push-together boat of a bed. Does that sound right?
Christian's Asian museum! I'd forgotten about that! Maybe Christian should become the curator of a museum...
